I don't think the business is run well as the communication between them and myself was awful. I had paid an £100 deposit to reserve a car before I could see it and upon viewing it I decided it wasn't right for me as there were problems with it. It then took nearly two weeks of me constantly chasing them to get the deposit sent back to me. Which the guy on the phone did apologise for however, he did even say I was I quote 'lucky' that he was in as there is only a few people who can process refunds. This didn't make sense as I had sent my details over numerous times to different people, so their communication between workers clearly wasn't good. When I viewed the car the guy even joked that I wouldn't get the deposit back. Not professional at all to be honest and I wouldn't recommend or be going back.

Do buy from this lot because they tell lies about the car a audi tt it was not fit for sale it has a hole in the canvas roof and was advertised a mint condition. Thanks for nothing after a 3 hour drive will never buy from this lot again ever ,if I could give 0 stars I would

Amazing team and straight forward lads.Left a deposit with them showed me a video, car needed some prep work they got the car ready for me on the weekend and when I came down car was all ready. Would reckoned these guys especially Ali. 5 stars from me and my wife
